二、同是PP/EPDM，价差凭什么这么大
PP/EPDM的价格差，主要藏在四个地方。
第一，EPDM含量不同。EPDM含量10%便宜，含量30%以上贵。EPDM加得越多，抗冲越好，价格也越高。
第二，填料不同。不加填料的纯合金贵，加20%滑石粉的便宜，加玻纤的更贵。填料降低成本但影响性能。
第三，冲击强度不同。常温抗冲一般价格便宜，低温抗冲-30℃不脆价格贵。汽车外饰必须低温抗冲。
第四，品牌和产地。进口EPDM溢价高但批次稳定，国产合金性价比高但质量参差。同样是EPDM，陶氏比国产贵50%以上，贵的是品控和研发。

第三，别只比单价，算综合成本。A料单价10块，做出来低温脆裂率5%；B料单价13块，脆裂率1%。算到每件制品上，B料反而更便宜。

Second, watch out for substitution fraud: some traders pass off cheaper or recycled material as the real thing; demand the COA, a test report and original packaging before use. Third, don't compare unit price alone — calculate total cost per finished part, including rejected-goods loss; a higher-priced grade with a 1% defect rate is often cheaper than a low-priced one with 5% rejects.
