这个问题一搜，从九块三一公斤到二十三块一公斤，报价差得比密度还多。有人说我买的九块三的兰州石化2426H用得挺好，有人说我买的二十三的陶氏DFDB-6005才叫高端。到底差在哪？

二、同是LDPE，价差凭什么这么大
LDPE的价格差，主要藏在四个地方。
第一，密度不同。密度0.91-0.92是常规LDPE，密度0.92以上是高密度级价格略高。密度越低，越柔软，透明度越好。
第二，熔指不同。低熔指适合吹膜价格适中，高熔指适合注塑和涂覆价格略高。熔指决定加工方式。
第三，用途不同。通用薄膜便宜，注塑/涂覆适中，电缆料/医疗级贵。特殊用途需要特殊配方和认证。
第四，品牌和产地。进口溢价高但批次稳定，国产性价比高但质量参差。同样是薄膜级，陶氏比中石化贵30-50%，贵的是品控和研发。
三、采购避坑：别让密度骗了你
我见过太多采购，比价比到最后选了最便宜的九块三的，然后做出来的薄膜强度不够、雾度高、客户退货，一次损失够买半年的好料。
LDPE采购这行，水比你想的深。三个坑必须绕开：
第一，看熔指和密度不看牌号。同一个牌号不同批次性能可能波动，拿到料先测熔指和密度，和COA对得上再用。别听销售说"差不多"，差不多就是差很多。
第二，警惕以次充好。有些贸易商拿LLDPE当LDPE卖，拿回收料当新料卖。要COA、要密度检测、要原厂包装，三证合一才敢用。
第三，别只比单价，算综合成本。A料单价9.3块，做出来薄膜次品率5%；B料单价12块，次品率1%。算到每件制品上，B料反而更便宜。
四、标准牌号满足不了？看看改性方案

Quotes range from CNY 9.3/kg to CNY 23/kg. LDPE (low-density polyethylene), made by the high-pressure process, is not one material: film, injection, coating, cable and high-transparency grades each carry a different price. Comparing a general film quote with a cable grade is not price comparison; it is how you get fooled.

2. Why prices differ so much
Four factors: (1) Density — 0.91-0.92 is standard; lower density means softer and more transparent. (2) Melt flow index — low MFI suits blown film at mid-price; high MFI suits injection and coating at a slightly higher price. (3) Application — general film is cheap; cable/medical grades need special formulations and certification. (4) Brand and origin — for the same film grade, Dow costs 30-50% more than Sinopec, paying for quality control and R&D.
3. Procurement pitfalls
The cheapest material often gives weak film or high haze, causing returns. Three traps to avoid:
First, test MFI and density against the COA instead of trusting the grade name. Second, watch for substitution: some traders sell LLDPE as LDPE or recycled as virgin; demand the COA, a density test and original packaging. Third, calculate total cost: A at CNY 9.3/kg with a 5% defect rate vs. B at CNY 12/kg with 1% — B is cheaper per part.
4. Standard grades not enough? Consider modified compounds
If you need flame retardancy AND high transparency, reinforcement AND low-temperature resistance — you need modified LDPE.
