PP多少钱一公斤？
这个问题一搜，从七块钱一公斤到二十五块一公斤，报价差得比熔指还离谱。有人说我买的八块的泰国石化1100NK用得挺好，有人说我买的二十块的北欧化工BEC50T30才叫真PP。到底差在哪？
说实话，问PP多少钱一公斤的人，大概率还没搞懂PP这东西不是一个料，是一个家族——均聚、共聚、无规共聚、高结晶、高流动、高抗冲，每个分支价格都不一样。你拿通用级的价和高刚性比，那不叫比价，叫被忽悠。

7032E3，共聚高抗冲，注塑级，参考价约9-10元/公斤。电池盒、汽机车配件常用，抗冲不错，价格亲民。
7033E3，共聚高抗冲，参考价约8-10元/公斤。和7032E3是兄弟，熔指略有差异，看你工艺选。
北欧化工/博禄（Borealis/Borouge）
BEC50T30，超高分子量高刚度，参考价约12-15元/公斤。做高刚性制品的首选，贵有贵的道理。
4821，高流动高韧性透明级，参考价约13-16元/公斤。透明容器、食品包装用，透明度和韧性平衡得好。
巴塞尔/大林BASELL（LyondellBasell）
HP640R，均聚高流动高刚性，参考价约10-11元/公斤。家用器皿、食品容器、隔板，性价比之选。
6329，共聚级，参考价约8-9元/公斤。通用注塑，走量大，价格稳。
中石化（中企大厂）
K8003，共聚高抗冲，参考价约9-10元/公斤。中石化广州产，国产主力牌号，质量稳定，价格比外企同级别略低。
T30S，均聚拉丝级，参考价约7-8元/公斤。编织袋、拉丝用，最基础的PP，价格也是最低的一档。
HT9025NX，高结晶均聚，参考价约8-9元/公斤。中石化茂名产，薄壁制品、快餐盒常用。
一句话总结：通用拉丝级7-9块，普通注塑级9-12块，高刚性/高透明/特殊级12-25块。你要的是啥性能，决定了你该在哪一档选。
二、同是PP，价差凭什么这么大
PP的价格差，主要藏在四个地方。
第一，分子结构不同。均聚PP便宜，共聚PP贵，无规共聚更贵。均聚刚性好但脆，共聚抗冲好但刚性略降，无规共聚透明度高。结构不一样，性能和价格自然不一样。
第二，熔指和流动性。高熔指（高流动）适合薄壁注塑，加工效率高，价格也贵；低熔指适合挤出、吹塑，价格相对低。
第三，添加剂和改性。抗静电、阻燃、增韧、玻纤增强——这些都要加钱。你买的不是纯PP，是加了料的PP方案。
第四，品牌和产地。进口溢价高但批次稳定，国产性价比高但质量参差。同样是共聚高抗冲，北欧化工比中石化贵30%，贵的是品控和研发，不是智商税。
三、采购避坑：别让牌号骗了你
我见过太多采购，比价比到最后选了最便宜的七块的，然后做出来的制品脆、易裂、客户退货，一次损失够买半年的好料。
PP采购这行，水比你想的深。三个坑必须绕开：
第一，看熔指不看牌号。同一个牌号不同批次熔指可能波动，拿到料先测熔指，和COA（质检报告）对得上再用。别听销售说"差不多"，差不多就是差很多。
第二，警惕以次充好。有些贸易商拿均聚当共聚卖，拿普通级当食品级卖。要COA、要物性报告、要原厂包装，三证合一才敢用。
第三，别只比单价，算综合成本。A料单价8块，做出来次品率5%；B料单价10块，次品率1%。算到每件制品上，B料反而更便宜。
四、标准牌号满足不了？看看改性方案

2. Why prices differ so much
Four factors drive the price gap: composition or performance level, grade tier, application and brand/origin. Premium performance, special applications and imported brands all cost more; imports trade a premium for batch stability, while domestic grades offer better value.
3. Procurement pitfalls
The cheapest material often fails on performance and triggers customer returns. Three traps to avoid:
First, test key properties against the COA instead of trusting the grade name — performance of the same grade can fluctuate between batches. Second, watch out for substitution fraud: some traders pass off cheaper or recycled material as the real thing; demand the COA, a test report and original packaging before use. Third, don't compare unit price alone — calculate total cost per finished part, including rejected-goods loss; a higher-priced grade with a 1% defect rate is often cheaper than a low-priced one with 5% rejects.
4. Standard grades not enough? Consider modified compounds
