二、同是MDPE，价差凭什么这么大
MDPE的价格差，主要藏在四个地方。
第一，密度不同。密度0.926左右便宜，密度0.940以上高强度但贵。密度越高，强度和刚性越好，但韧性略降。
第二，熔融指数不同。低熔融指数便宜，高熔融指数贵。高熔融指数易加工，但强度略降。
第三，用途不同。通用级便宜，管材/电缆级贵。特殊用途需要特殊配方，价格更高。
第四，品牌和产地。进口溢价高但批次稳定，国产性价比高但牌号少。同样是管材级，进口比国产贵30-50%，贵的是品控和研发。
三、采购避坑：别让密度骗了你
我见过太多采购，比价比到最后选了最便宜的九的，然后做出来的管材耐应力开裂差、爆管、客户退货，一次损失够买半年的好料。
MDPE采购这行，水比你想的深。三个坑必须绕开：
第一，看密度和熔融指数不看牌号。同一个牌号不同批次性能可能波动，拿到料先测密度和熔融指数，和COA对得上再用。别听销售说"差不多"，差不多就是差很多。
第二，警惕以次充好。有些贸易商拿LDPE当MDPE卖，拿低密度当高密度卖。要COA、要密度检测、要原厂包装，三证合一才敢用。
第三，别只比单价，算综合成本。A料单价9块，做出来管材次品率5%；B料单价14块，次品率1%。算到每米管材上，B料反而更便宜。

Four factors: (1) Density — about 0.926 is cheap; above 0.940 gives higher strength and rigidity but slightly lower toughness. (2) Melt flow index — high MFI processes easily but lowers strength slightly. (3) Application — general is cheap; pipe/cable grades need special formulations. (4) Brand and origin — for the same pipe grade, imports cost 30-50% more, paying for quality control and R&D.
3. Procurement pitfalls
The cheapest material often means pipe with poor stress-crack resistance and burst failures, causing returns. Three traps to avoid:
First, test density and MFI against the COA instead of trusting the grade name. Second, watch for substitution: some traders sell LDPE as MDPE or low-density as high-density; demand the COA, a density test and original packaging. Third, calculate total cost per meter of pipe: A at CNY 9/kg with a 5% defect rate vs. B at CNY 14/kg with 1% — B is cheaper.
4. Standard grades not enough? Consider modified compounds
If you need high strength AND high toughness, stress-crack resistance AND easy processing — you need modified MDPE.
