二、同是HCPE，价差凭什么这么大
HCPE的价格差，主要藏在四个地方。
第一，氯含量不同。氯含量60%左右便宜，含量68%以上耐燃好但贵。氯含量越高，耐燃性和耐化学性越好，但加工越难。
第二，粘度不同。低粘度便宜，高粘度贵。高粘度需要特殊工艺，价格更高。
第三，用途不同。通用级便宜，防腐涂料级/胶粘剂级贵。特殊用途需要特殊配方。
第四，品牌和产地。进口溢价高但批次稳定，国产性价比高但牌号多。同样是高粘度，进口比国产贵30-50%，贵的是品控和研发。
三、采购避坑：别让氯含量骗了你
我见过太多采购，比价比到最后选了最便宜的三块的，然后做出来的涂料耐燃差、脱落、客户退货，一次损失够买半年的好料。
HCPE采购这行，水比你想的深。三个坑必须绕开：
第一，看氯含量和粘度不看牌号。同一个牌号不同批次性能可能波动，拿到料先测氯含量和粘度，和COA对得上再用。别听销售说"差不多"，差不多就是差很多。
第二，警惕以次充好。有些贸易商拿CPE当HCPE卖，拿低氯含量当高含量卖。要COA、要氯含量检测、要原厂包装，三证合一才敢用。
第三，别只比单价，算综合成本。A料单价3块，做出来涂料次品率5%；B料单价12块，次品率1%。算到每公斤涂料上，B料反而更便宜。

How much is HCPE per kilogram?
Quotes range from CNY 3/kg to CNY 22/kg. HCPE (highly chlorinated polyethylene) is not one material: general, high-viscosity, medium-viscosity, low-viscosity and anti-corrosion coating grades each carry a different price.
HCPE is a white or light-yellow powder made by deep chlorination of polyethylene. It resists heat aging, burning and chemicals, and is used in anti-corrosion coatings, adhesives, PVC modification and ink.

Four factors: (1) Chlorine content — around 60% is cheap; above 68% gives better flame resistance but harder processing, and costs more. (2) Viscosity — high viscosity needs special processing and costs more. (3) Application — general is cheap; anti-corrosion coating/adhesive grades are expensive. (4) Brand and origin — imports cost 30-50% more for the same grade, paying for quality control and R&D.
3. Procurement pitfalls
The cheapest material often makes coatings fail on flame resistance or peel off, causing returns. Three traps to avoid:
First, test chlorine content and viscosity against the COA instead of trusting the grade name. Second, watch for substitution: some traders sell CPE as HCPE or low-chlorine as high-chlorine; demand the COA, a chlorine-content test and original packaging. Third, calculate total cost per kilogram of coating: A at CNY 3/kg with a 5% defect rate vs. B at CNY 12/kg with 1% — B is cheaper.
4. Standard grades not enough? Consider modified compounds
If you need high viscosity AND flame resistance, low viscosity AND chemical resistance — you need modified HCPE.
